My Work Dashboard

The My Work Dashboard feature provides the ability as a logged-in user to manage tasks and messages which are assigned to you. The Messaging feature allows users to communicate information to one or more employees. Messaging is integrated into the My Work Dashboard feature.The My Work Dashboard options include the following:

• Tasks Assigned to Me
• Overdue Tasks Assigned to Me
• Tasks Created by Me
• Work Orders Assigned to Me

When you click on a My Work Dashboard option, the selected information appears in the Search Results pane.

A Quick Links panel allows you to access the following features:

• New Message
• New Task

The My Messages panel allows you to view and manage User to User messages. When you receive a message, an alert popup displays in the lower right corner of your Windows® desktop.

The Timecard panel allows you to clock in and clock out via the Timecard module.
